  • All new clients begin with a 60-minute Initial Virtual Consultation. This comprehensive session allows me to review your complete health history, current symptoms, goals, and any prior lab work. From there, I'll recommend the pathway that best fits your unique needs—whether that's the 6-Month Metabolic Health Reset, the Evolution Weight Management Program, functional lab testing, or another approach.

  • A Discovery Call is a free, 15-minute conversation designed to answer high-level questions about my services and help you determine if scheduling a full consultation makes sense. It's brief and focused on fit and logistics.

    An Initial Virtual Consultation is a comprehensive, 60-minute paid session where we dive deep into your health history, symptoms, goals, and challenges. This session allows me to assess your metabolic health, identify obstacles, review any prior lab work, and recommend the specific program or pathway that will be safest and most effective for you.

    The Discovery Call helps you decide if you want to move forward. The Initial Consultation is where the real work begins.

  • You cannot self-enroll in the Evolution Weight Management Program. This program requires an Initial Consultation, completion of an application, and practitioner approval to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your individual health history.

    During your Initial Consultation, I'll assess whether this program is the right fit for you, or whether the 6-Month Metabolic Health Reset or another pathway would better serve your needs. Some clients have contraindications or complexity that make the Evolution program unsafe or ineffective, which is why the consultation and approval process exists.

    Safety and clinical appropriateness always come first.
